Did you attend this morning's Frederick Nonprofit Summit at Frederick Community College? Keynote speaker Glennda Testone from the Nonprofit Leadership Lab shared her tips & tricks to help nonprofit leaders thrive in today's environment. Here are some of her suggestions:

3. Make tough decisions.
4. Embrace risk & think big.
