Double duty…from vase to skin care!

Can you guess which two of these flowers have amazing skin benefits that I use in my skincare line 😎.

In fact, I just did a major harvest of them this past week and they are dried and ready to be transformed into salt scrubs and bath salts.

Salt scrubs have come to save the day more than once at my house. I’ll be honest, my fingers are constantly stained from gardening and working with my hands. Salt scrub is the best way to get them cleaned and exfoliated 👌🏻👏🏻. I carry them , and for local Middletown pick up via DM 😎

You came for graduation centerpieces and for bouquets for presents. You came to decorate your counter for family gatherings. You came for memorial day celebration centerpieces, bouquets for presents, you came for bouquets to show appreciation for teachers and even to gift to a beautiful young dancer who just had a recital…

Really though, I feel like you came for ME ….. the support I felt from you this past weekend at my pop up peony bar was such a blessing and encouragement to me. I have deeply desired to grow and arrange flowers to offer for quite some time now but I think I doubted myself too much.

So I truly do thank you so much for supporting me in one of my dreams and passions 🫶🏻. I’m your girl if you need flower arrangements this upcoming year, I’ll have weekly offerings and custom options AND my flower CSA is still open (link in bio)💐.

With all that said, do you think I should do another pop up flower bar in July? If so, what local Frederick locations work best for you?

This sacrifice of service reaches WAY beyond the confines of combat and assignments…. It persists after tours are complete…. It impacts families and future generations.

God, I thank you for courageous and compassionate men and women who gave of themselves selflessly so we can enjoy freedom. May this day remind us all to pursue ways to serve those around us.
