🚨 It's National Apprenticeship Week! 🚨
This week we're celebrating the power of hands-on, industry-driven training through Registered Apprenticeship programs.
Apprenticeships combine paid work experience with classroom instruction, offering students the chance to earn while they learn—and equipping them with the skills needed for high-quality careers. Employers benefit too, building and shaping their future workforce.
FCC proudly sponsors five apprenticeship programs registered with the Maryland Department of Labor:
✅ Accounting Technician
✅ Biological Technician
✅ Emergency Management Specialist
✅ Hospitality Management
✅ Restaurant Manager
FCC recently partnered with IEC Chesapeake to award 25 college credits to electrical apprentices who’ve completed their program and earned their journeyworker license. This agreement gives students a major head start toward an associate degree!
Let’s celebrate the dedication of apprentices and the impact they have on our future workforce! Learn more at https://ow.ly/oTvW50U9rcs
