Frederick County Education Association FCEA advocates for, empowers, and organizes Frederick County educators while advancing excellent, equitable public education.

FCEA represents teachers and education professionals, providing support, advocacy, leadership, and a collective voice. This is a community for educators and public education supporters. We want this to be a welcoming platform for productive conversation on today's public education issues. Our membership includes more than classroom teachers. We represent school counselors, specialists, support teachers, CASS workers, speech-language pathologists, therapists, and many other education professionals.

“Education” better represents every professional we serve and reflects our commitment to advocating for all of our members.

Our name is changing, but our commitment to our members and public education remains stronger than ever.
