ALLBRASS MUSIC LAB

We are departing Brussels after 9 days with ,Nick and his family Virginia,Adrian,and Juliet. No headed for Corfu in the Greek islands with a two day stay in Athens.

Good morning FB friends and family. I thought i would take this opportunity to post a little about my European trip, as promised.
We arrived in Paris on Oct 9 and spent three nights there. A fantastic international city, we skipped the normal landmark sights as we had seen them before. We simply soaked the vibe and did some cafe and bar hopping. We managed one evening at a nice jazz bar. Sorry pics at this time.
We then explored the Liore Velley for three days and did some wine tastings. Bought 6 bottles we also explored some chateaus with our friends, Judy and Ray.
Next, we hit the Normandie valley for some scenery and small village exploration. We visited Vincent van Goghs final home where he produced 60 plus paintings in a period of just 2 months. This is also the place where he took his own life. Goodbye France, hello Belgium. Currently visiting Nicholas ( #3 son) and his lovely wife Virginie and their two children, Adrian and Juliette.
Great relaxing trip so far. Will post later as soon as I learn how to post pics.

Packed and ready to go. First stop Paris, then Austria,Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Greece, Luxembourg, and then more of France flying out today.

This never gets old.

Three budding brass players today. My last lessons before Shelley and I embark on on a 3 month trek thru Europe, so these maestros will do self study for a while

Go Commanders

Tuesdays are always a big music day for me. I take students at home up till about five or 6 o’clock then normally go to brass band rehearsal. However, I am taking leave from both of these activities in order to make my trek around Europe for the next three months. So just two today and we’ll see how it goes.
