Our 3rd - 8th grade students took the stage for this year's Spring Concerts, showcasing their hard work, dedication, and God-given talents through band, chorus, and musical performances.
From the first note to the final applause, our students filled the room with beautiful music and joy. We are so proud of their commitment, confidence, and growth throughout the year.
A special thank you to our music teachers, directors, and families for their support in helping our students shine.
Congratulations to all of our performers on a wonderful evening!

Today, our 4th graders spent time with our Pre-K4 students, sharing stories and fostering a love of reading. From turning pages to sharing smiles, it was a wonderful opportunity for our older students to be role models while building special connections with our youngest learners.
Moments like these remind us that learning happens best in community. ππ
What a wonderful day for our 8th graders!
Today, our graduating class enjoyed a special picnic and an exciting kickball game against their parents as we celebrated the end of their time at SJRCS. There were plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and memories made as students and families came together to mark this important milestone.
As graduation approaches, we are grateful for the years these students have spent growing in faith, knowledge, and friendship. We are so proud of all they have accomplished and can't wait to see the amazing things they will do next!
Congratulations, Class of 2026! ππ

Admissions Director for the day was a hot Gala auction item, and the Rauh girls were lucky enough to be the winners! They spent the day shadowing Mrs. Bean and learning all about the role! Highlights of the day include leading prospective families on tours, Chick-fil-A lunch, visiting the Wildcat Store, and taking photos at the 8th grade picnic! Thanks Ellie & Olivia for all your help today!

Yesterday morning, we had the privilege of hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast to celebrate these incredible individuals. These volunteers gave 30+ hours of their time over the course of this school year, and we are so grateful for their commitment to SJRCS!
Our volunteers play a vital role in supporting our mission and enriching the experience of our students each day. Whether serving behind the scenes, assisting at events, helping in classrooms, or lending a hand wherever needed, their dedication makes a lasting impact.
We are deeply grateful for the joy, kindness, and support they bring to SJRCS. Thank you for partnering with us in forming minds, hearts, and souls. We simply couldn't do it without you!

ππΏ Our 5th grade students recently enjoyed a hands-on learning experience at Pine Cliff Park, where they had the opportunity to help release fish into the local waterways. This exciting field trip allowed students to learn about conservation, environmental stewardship, and the importance of protecting God's creation.
What a wonderful way to connect classroom learning with the world around us while making a positive impact on our local ecosystem! We are grateful for opportunities like these that inspire curiosity, responsibility, and appreciation for the beauty of nature.

On Thursday this week, βInstructional Assistant for a Dayβ in Mrs. Thomas' PreK3 classroom was full of smiles, helping hands, story time, snack prep, and lots of fun!
From assisting our littlest learners to jumping right into classroom activities, this special experience, offered as an auction item at this year's SJRCS Gala, gave a behind-the-scenes look at the joy, patience, and love that fills our PreK classrooms each day.
Thank you, Miss Andrews, for spending the day with our youngest Saints and helping make learning extra special!
π±π₯ Social Media Directors for a Day! π
Two of our amazing 5th graders stepped behind the scenes today to help create content for SJRCS social media! From brainstorming ideas, filming a fun video while passing out Spring Fair shirts, and then helping edit the video, they got a firsthand look at what it takes to share the joy and spirit of our school community online.
We loved seeing their creativity, teamwork, and excitement shine through every step of the process! ππ
Who knew our future marketing team was already here at SJRCS? π

Today our elementary students had the beautiful opportunity to pray the Rosary outside with Fr. Williamson, surrounded by the beauty of Godβs creation.
Under the sunshine and open sky, students lifted their prayers to our Blessed Mother, taking time to reflect on the life of Christ and grow deeper in their faith together as a school community.
What a gift it is to pause, pray, and remember the beauty of Godβs presence all around us. Thank you, Fr. Williamson, for leading our students in this special time of prayer.
