Congrats to Beze N. from CTC's Criminal Justice program for winning the 2023 Frederick Rotary Club’s 4 Way Speech Contest. Beze won the $500 cash prize & will go on to the District Finals competition. The first-place prize for that contest is $1500-Good luck Beze!
