💫 Newborn Care Basics- This class is designed to be taken during pregnancy (but can also be taken once your baby has already arrived) to provide general education on how to care for your newborn. Topics include diapering, bathing, dressing, feeding, safe sleep, and much more. I’ve also included a personalized section to go over any specific areas you want to learn more about.

💫 Consultations- Do you have a specific question(s) like “How do I introduce a bottle?” or “What’s the best way to start a routine?” This is not set up in a class format, but more of a one-on-one sit down discussion with a more personalized approach. **This is only for once your baby has already been born.

💫 Overnight Care- Life with a newborn can be exhausting. With overnight care, I take care of everything related to the baby so you can get as much rest as possible- changing diapers, feeding (either bottles or bringing the baby to you to breastfeed), getting the baby back to sleep, washing bottles and/or pump parts, folding baby laundry, etc... I am also there to provide parents with support during the struggles, but also the accomplishments! Currently, I am only offering this service through Hush Hush Little Baby (). Hi there! I'm Zoey and it's so nice to meet you! I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I'm a Newborn Care Specialist serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia. When I had my first baby in 2017, I realized there was a gap between pregnancy/birth and postpartum education. I had read the pregnancy books, spent countless hours on Pinterest planning the nursery (IYKYK), and packed the hospital bag (90% of which I never even used) but I hadn’t even thought about planning for what to expect once the baby was actually HERE.

Well, a few years, a couple more babies and a pandemic later, here we are! I decided to take a leap of faith (and step way outside of my comfort zone) to create an in-person newborn class to help prepare parents for the 'fourth trimester', hence the name 😊️ After providing overnight care to families with Hush Hush Little Baby Newborn Care, I decided I wanted to do more. I understand having overnight care isn't always an option, so I wanted to make something that was more accessible in order to reach as many families as I can. I'm a firm believer in knowledge is power and I think that's really what I want to provide to families. I want to give you the tools to help you feel confident and ready to take on the newborn stage. So if you’re pregnant or have a newborn, I’d love to help!
