Frederick Area School District is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced HVAC contractors for HVAC improvements serving the District's gymnasium and associated spaces.

The scope of this RFP is limited to the gymnasium and associated spaces and does not include HVAC improvements to the remainder of the school building.

The District is seeking a complete, functional HVAC solution that provides appropriate heating, cooling, ventilation, indoor air quality, humidity
control, and energy efficiency while maintaining the usability of the facility.

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026 to:

Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor irregularities, request

A HUGE thank you to the Men of God with the St. Paul Lutheran Church for their generous donation toward beef processing costs for our Farm to School program!

Support like this helps us put locally raised beef on our students’ lunch trays while supporting agriculture right here in our community.
