Teachers, please remember that taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your students. When you’re not feeling well, take the days you need to rest, recover, and protect others from getting sick. Your classroom needs the healthiest version of you—not an exhausted version running on empty. Rest up, feel better, and give yourself permission to heal. God bless! ❤️🙏🏽
