Wow! What a day! EVERY child who goes to Hillcrest got a new pair of shoes today! We are incredibly grateful to the Truist Team, Samaritan's Feet International Team, and Coca-Cola Team for working so hard to make sure every child at HES had a meaningful experience. A huge thanks also goes to the behind the scenes work of the CARES Team, Food and Nutrition Services Team, and Facilities Management Team for the team work to get this project done. Of course we also need to thank our wonderful teaching staff who made sure every student was ready for their financial literacy lesson and to get their new shoes! THANK YOU 🐾

Estamos increíblemente agradecidos al equipo Truist, al equipo internacional de Samaritan's Feet y al equipo de Coca-Cola por trabajar tan duro para asegurarse de que todos los niños de HES hayan tenido una experiencia significativa. Girls on the Run is so much fun!

The Husky Pack was out in full force! More than 20 girls and over 20 staff members participated, with families, staff, and students coming together to cheer on and support our runners. The energy, encouragement, and Husky pride were incredible to see.

A huge shout-out to Head Coach Ashley Simmons for her leadership, dedication, and commitment to helping our girls build confidence, perseverance, and teamwork. We are so proud of our Huskies! 🐾

Celebrating our students’ achievement in English Language Mastery! Being bilingual is an incredible talent and a gift that opens doors to endless opportunities.
