Lincoln Elementary

On the last day of school, we have to share ALL the Lincoln Love to our school counselor, Mrs. Heather Quill. Over her 34 year career with FCPS Maryland, she has helped THOUSANDS of students and families.

Pictured here is Heather in one of her first classrooms at North Frederick in the early 90's, winning the State of MD School Counselor of the Year award in 2024 and more recently, in a first grade room delivering her last classroom lesson.

On behalf of everyone she has supported throughout the years, whether that was at Lincoln, Whittier, Monocacy, North Frederick, Parkway or elsewhere, THANK YOU for your generosity, compassion, genuine care and support.

REMINDER: Tuesday, June 16, will be the last day of school for students and will be a 2-hour early dismissal day.

Wednesday, June 17, will be a professional day for teachers and their final workday of the academic year.

We wish all of our students, staff, and families a wonderful and safe summer break! ☀️📚
