📣 ELOP CLUBS ARE STARTING SOON! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that ELOP Clubs will begin Monday, August 31st! 🥳

Students participating in ELOP Clubs are selected and assigned to clubs through the school. The school will provide the Boys & Girls Club with the list of students who are participating.

👉 Important: Students must also be registered with the Boys & Girls Club in order to attend the after-school program and participate in ELOP Clubs.

⏰ 4:00 PM PICKUP REMINDER
If your child is participating in an ELOP Club, they will need to be picked up at 4:00 PM on the day they attend their ELOP Club.

📅 ELOP Clubs Begin: August 31st
🏫 Club Placement: Handled by the school
📝 Boys & Girls Club Registration: Required to attend after school
🚗 ELOP Club Pickup: 4:00 PM on your child’s ELOP Club day

🌈🪨 LET’S FILL OUR ROCK GARDEN! 🪨🌈

Have you painted a rock? Found a special rock? Or just have a little rock that deserves a new home? 💕

We’ve created a Community Rock Garden at our local park, and we want YOU to help fill it! 🎨🌻

Paint a rock with a positive message, a silly picture, your favorite animal, a rainbow, your name, or whatever makes you smile! Then bring it to the park and add it to our garden. 🌈🐸🦋🌸

✨ The idea is simple:
🎨 Paint a rock
🪨 Bring it to the garden
💛 Leave a little kindness behind
👀 Come back and see what others have added!

Let’s turn our little rock garden into a colorful collection of creativity, kindness, and community. 🥰

📢 Boys & Girls Club After School Program Enrollment is NOW OPEN!

We are excited to announce that enrollment is now open for the upcoming school year!

Please review the following important information before submitting your application:

📝 Enrollment is limited. Due to limited program capacity, submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment.

⭐ Priority placement will be given to students who were enrolled in the ASES Program during the previous school year, provided they continue to meet program eligibility requirements.

📅 Attendance is required. Students enrolled in the program are expected to attend every day they attend school in order to maintain their spot in the program. Excused absences will be considered for reasons such as illness, medical appointments, or other approved circumstances. Repeated unexcused absences may result in the loss of program placement.

📞 If your child is selected for enrollment, the primary parent/guardian listed on the application will receive a phone call from the Site Coordinator to confirm your child’s placement. Enrollment is not considered complete until this confirmation has been made.

📢 Boys & Girls Club Program Update

We have received many questions about enrollment for the upcoming school year, and we wanted to provide a quick update!

✅ We will be offering the Boys & Girls Club After School Program this school year.

📝 Applications are not available yet. Once applications are released, we will share the information with families through our usual communication channels.

Please keep in mind:

* Completing an application does not guarantee enrollment.
* Students who participated in the ASES Program during the previous school year will receive priority for enrollment.
* Placement is determined based on program eligibility requirements, available funding, space availability, and grant guidelines.
* Families will be notified once enrollment decisions have been made.

We appreciate your patience as we prepare for another great school year. Thank you for your understanding, and we’ll share updates as soon as they become available!
