We had a presentation earlier this week from Chef Potzinger and Director of events Tracy from the St. Clair Inn!
They explained how weddings and event are coordinated and set up. Along with what goes on in the kitchen at the Inn and informing students on what it takes to be a Chef.
Then Chef demonstrated how to fillet an Atlantic Salmon and prepare a vinaigrette.

Our culinary and baking students competed in the SkillsUSA locals competition at St. Clair TEC today and every single one of them did a phenomenal job! We are extremely proud of them! They worked extremely hard to compete today!
