At EBD, we understand that boys mature differently. We are not looking for perfect baseball players.

Learn to Love the Process

Hitting

Expected:

FALL 2026 DEVELOPMENT PLAN

“Train Elite. Be Elite.”



OUR MISSION

At Elite Baseball Development, our goal is not simply to win games or tournaments.

Our mission is to develop fundamentally sound baseball players who are prepared to compete at the highest level possible while building character, discipline, accountability, and a genuine love for the game.

We believe:

* Development is more important than trophies.
* Practice is more important than games.
* Fundamentals create confidence.
* Confidence creates competitors.
* Competitors become champions.

The fall season is our classroom. Every practice has a purpose, every drill has a standard, and every player is expected to improve.

Development does not happen by accident.

The players who improve the most are the players who consistently invest time outside of practice.

By the conclusion of the Fall Development Program, players should:
