Franklin High School's CCP meeting is tonight Thursday February 2nd at 6:30pm. This meeting has been moved to ZOOM in hopes to accomodate more parents and students. The link has been emailed out to all students in their Franklin City School email. Please remember this meeting is required annually for students to participate in any CCP class. If you have any questions please reach out to the guidance department.

Thursday, February 2nd, at 6:30 PM, we will host our College Credit Plus (CCP) Night. Any student interested in taking a CCP class next school year will need to attend this event that is being provided by Sinclair. Interested students will also need to have a parent/guardian attend the meeting. CCP paperwork and Sinclair’s application will follow shortly after the meeting.

Any questions should be directed to Mrs. Arlinghaus or Mrs. Wright.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are being held Wednesday, October 26th from 3:45 PM – 7:15 PM and Thursday, November 3rd from 3:45 PM – 7:15 PM and other times by request. You can register for conferences online at

You will be asked to select the event and then enter your names and email. The system will then send you a link to choose your appointment time(s). From that link you may add or change times.

Students (grades 10-12) who are interested in joining a branch of the military after high school:

The Army will be here next Wednesday (10/26) to administer the ASVAB exam.

Students were emailed a link to sign up - or they can sign up in the Guidance Office!

All college-bound seniors and their families must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) this fall.

Sinclair College will be at FHS next Wednesday night during Parent-Teacher Conferences (10/26 at 5:30 PM) with more information regarding the FAFSA process.

Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend, especially if you’ve never completed the FAFSA.
