Had a call with a client who's wife is battling breast cancer.

Client himself has battled weight loss for decades. Area of his life he's believed is beyond repair. He's been tempted to give in but he's still fighting.

Talked about how the fight he demonstrates in his physical battle can inspire his wife to keep fighting hers, regardless of how far gone she thinks she is.

And regardless of how it works out - demonstrating that they can fight through it all will strengthen their faith - which is more valuable than anything else they could gain.

I want you to picture the worst thing you've ever done, your greatest failure, and/or biggest embarrassment.

If you don't forgive yourself for those things you'll never be fit.

Because un-forgivness (even toward self) hands you over to the tormentors (Matthew 18:21-35).

And one of the devils favorite forms of torment in 2026 is the one no body questions:

Eating too much food.

It's not like a 16 year old girl cutting herself.
It's too taboo to call you out on.

But if you're stuck in that cycle of subtle self harm, there's probably something you need to forgive yourself for.

2 Peter 1:3 His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life...

That means you have the time, the resources, and access to the wisdom to take care of the Temple of the Holy Spirit.
