I am personally Anusara alignment inspired, but have studied both Iyengar and Ashtanga, and hope to help find a way in which we can use our language skills, with powerful adjustments, to find the hidden "best" within each of us. It will probably take, on average, the Teacher Trainer four to six months to complete the course. This includes a recommended three classes per week, and Sunday sessions.
If there's less chance to take public class, you must find a way to participate in at least one class per week. (anywhere you wish, of course) Many of my current participants teach at various venues, and if possible you'll study with them; otherwise, do what you can and send the feedback in. It is also possible to complete the RYT Certification course in a shorter time, with more concentrated effort. I am personally committed to this group, which now can range from 5-15 people each Sunday, ongoing … and you may come as long as you wish. We expect to run the next session this fall. Tuition is a one-time fee of $2,500, and registration is through Beverly Hills Club. Payment programs are available., and during the Training there is no charge for yoga classes either at BHC or my home studio. Again, thanks!
