Hi,
My name is Phyllis Higgins. I have been a licensed daycare provider since 2006 and am offering playgroup Monday through Friday. My playgroup is a preschool program that provides children a loving and nurturing environment that offers educational and social/emotional learning customized to each child's skill level and interest.
