SUMMER FLEX BOOT CAMP IS HERE! 💫🤸♀️

Ready to take your skills to the next level? Join us for our Summer Flex Boot Camp, designed to help athletes stay focused, build strength, and achieve their goals before the season begins.

Led by Coach Alyssa, Coach Shayla, and Coach Addy, athletes will rotate through a variety of stations and drills while being grouped by the appropriate age and skill level.

Training includes:
• Back Handspring Boot Camp
• Back Tucks & Up
• Strength & Conditioning
• Flexibility Training
• Flying & Stunting Rotations

MaKynlee comes to every practice ready to work with a positive attitude and a smile. She is incredibly coachable, always listening, learning, and giving her best effort. No matter what position she’s asked to fill, she steps up without complaint and is always willing to try something new.

🌟 MEET GIN 💫

Virginia, also known as "Gin", is a valued member of our team, bringing her passion and dedication to everything she does. Gin has been apart of the XTREME family since 2019. She's been an active member of the competitive Trampoline & Tumble team, where she's had the opportunity to qualify for the Stars & Stripes National Championship in Phoenix, Arizona, Palm Beach, Florida, and Fort Worth, Texas!

When she's not working in the gym, you can find her in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes and indulging in her favorite comfort food: pizza rolls! Her bright and cheerful personality shines through, much like her favorite color, yellow.

Fun Facts: Virginia has two differently shaped eyes, adding a unique and captivating charm to her presence.

For the last THREE SUMMERS, XTREME has been a 5,000 SQ FT test of toughness. 😂🔥

No AC.

Just fans, sweat, hard work, grit and a whole lot of people who refused to let the heat stop them.

And honestly?

We’re incredibly grateful.

Because through all of it, YOU kept showing up.

You trained.
You pushed.
You supported each other.
You built this community with us.

So this weekend, we’re doing something we’ve been waiting a LONG time to do…
