Today, we honor Juneteenth, the day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States.
Each Enneagram type has unique strengths that can contribute to creating a more just and equitable world. 💪🏾✨

In this series, we’re diving into Enneagram Stances—how we try to get our needs met in relationships and how we react to stress or disappointment. Each type falls into one of three Stances based on how they move in relation to others:
Assertive (Types 3, 7, 8) 💪
These types move against others to get what they need. They take charge, act fast, and try to stay strong by boosting their confidence. In a group, they often assume they're at the center of what's happening.
Dutiful (Types 1, 2, 6) 🤝
These types move toward others. They want to do what’s right and often focus on being helpful or responsible to feel secure and loved. They tend to put their own needs aside to meet expectations.
Withdrawn (Types 4, 5, 9) 👋
These types move away from others. They retreat into their inner world to recharge or feel safe. In stressful moments, they may disconnect from what's going on around them and feel like they don’t quite belong.
We all have good intentions—to connect, be safe, and feel valued—but our Stance can become a defense when we’re not aware of it.
💬 Which Stance do you relate to most? How does it show up in your relationships? Let us know in the comments!

This week, we’ve been talking about what happens when you feel unappreciated. How your type reacts, and what it looks like to pause and become aware in the moment. 😔⏸️
Today, we’re taking it one step further and showing what it looks like to move forward in health. 💛
Because awareness is powerful… but what you do next is what creates real change.

In the last post, we talked about how each type automatically reacts when they feel unappreciated: resentment, overgiving, withdrawal, or pushing. 😔
But what happens right before that reaction takes over? 👀 It often shows up in your body first. A shift in tension, energy, or emotion… that’s your cue. ⚡
This isn’t about fixing it yet; it’s about catching it as it’s happening.
What do you notice in your body when you start to feel unappreciated? 🤔Let us know in the comments below!
