East Grove Church in Venango County dates back to 1804 and the first meeting ( Methodist Episcopal) was held under a tree in Franklin. The East Grove Church continues to be a beacon of light on Bully Hill and beyond. The congregation supports many mission projects that are local as well as around the world.
