NASHVILLE'S HEARTBREAK

It's a big day in Nashville. We lost a legend. Nashville can hardly breathe without Dolly Parton. Years ago one of our students with Downs signed a Dolly song. We thought it woud be nice to post it in honor of the amazing lady we lost.

BSL NASHVILLE 2026: Rockin Day of Fun!
We spent Saturday touring Nashville. We hit the Parthenon, Music Row, homes of the stars, and of course we went to the incredible Opryland Hotel! It was such a fun day together as a family!

We were so excited to welcome Michelle Murray Swope to BSL NASHVILLE 2026! Michelle is an industry stylist and the founder of award winning Encore Off Main ! We are grateful she spent time with us educating us on how to manage our look as sign language interpreters! Every performance interpreter knows we fight humidity, heat, rain, perspiration and our own unique hair and skin challenges. Her wisdom helped us tackle those needs! Thank you Michelle for your hard work, your wisdom, and your inspiration!

BSL NASHVILLE 2026: We were so excited to welcome Charity Baroni ( Charity Lynne Baroni Litzenberg ) once again as our choreography instructor! Charity has danced with Taylor Swift ( Taylor Swift ), Selena Gomez ( Selena Gomez ), Katy Perry ( KATY PERRY ) and and and and... and for you Dancing With the Stars fans, she was a contestant on "Dance War: Bruno vs Carrie Ann". She has incredible talent and an incredible heart. Charity took this group of sign language interpreters training for performance, and taught them to move like country/hip hop/pop artists so they could Bring the Stage to Life! She also spent time helping them to feel more confident and accepting of themselves. She was the full service package changing the group's body and mind! So let's give a shout out to Charity for all her work with BSL NASHVILLE 2026! Charity! We love and appreciate you! We also need to give a shout out to Histown Dance Studio ( Histown Dance & Performing Arts ) for the donation of their amazing dance space!
