Grandmother Blue Star Grandma Barbara, or (Blue Star Woman) is of Celtic and Cherokee blood. Trained by her grandmother in ancient beliefs, she has walked many paths.

In 1980, the Lakota people made her a relative; she now walks the traditional way.

Oh Great Spirit, your energy lives in the four elements of life, the water, fire, air and the soil of Earth. Bring your divine winds to bring great healing to Mother Earth, burn the sacred fire to purify that is unclean, bless and enrich the soil so we may have abundance, and always bring your rains so all life will be nurtured.
