Bishop Fenwick is proud to salute Derek Morris ’24, who has been selected as one of four captains who will lead the UMass Minutemen football team during the 2026 season! 🏈

As a placekicker for UMass Football, Derek has continued to excel on the field, but this honor speaks to something even greater: his character, leadership and the respect he has earned from his teammates and coaches.

At Fenwick, we believe true excellence extends beyond the scoreboard. Derek is carrying forward a proud tradition of Falcons who lead with character, commitment and excellence both on and off the field.

We’re Hiring: Part-Time School Nurse 🩺

Bishop Fenwick High School is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our team and help support the health, safety, and well-being of our students.

This position is approximately 20 hours per week during the school year, generally 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Monday–Friday, August–May, following the school calendar. Paid school holidays, with summers and weekends off!

The school nurse will provide professional nursing care, respond to student illnesses and injuries, administer medications and treatments as appropriate, maintain health records, communicate with families and staff, support health and safety protocols, and provide occasional front office assistance.

Qualifications include:
• Current **Ohio RN license**
• BSN preferred, but not required
• Experience with adolescents, schools, pediatric, or clinical nursing preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, professional judgment, and Fenwick’s mission and values
• Ability to meet all required background and SafeParish screenings

Compensation: $30/hour
*No health benefits are available for this position.*

It's hard to believe, but one of Fenwick’s biggest nights is just a few weeks away!

Friday, September 11: Youth Volleyball Clinics run by our volleyball coaches and students.
Saturday, September 12: The Falcons take on Mason High School for another unforgettable night of volleyball under the lights. Expect great volleyball, a packed atmosphere, family fun, and plenty of Falcon pride!

This year’s event will support the Joe Burrow Foundation, making it a night with a purpose both on and off the court.

🙏 Student Leaders. Faith in Action.

This year, more than 70 students are part of Bishop Fenwick Campus Ministry’s Student Ministry Team, with 40 stepping up as leaders to spearhead our student-led ministry programs!

Today, our student leadership team gathered in the Student Union to pray, plan, and prepare for the semester ahead. We’re excited to see the ways these young leaders will use their gifts, voices, and faith to make a difference throughout our Fenwick community.
