STEM Builders of Franklin, TN is looking for a STEM Camp Coordinator/Tutor. If you are a teacher or anyone who loves to work with school children after 4:00 PM, this is a perfect opportunity. This person also would get the opportunity to learn the latest STEM education trends and can attend free training and become a STEM tutor.

This person also would be responsible for Assisting/Managing the ex*****on of STEM camps at offsite STEM Builders location.

This person will get a commission for every student plus hourly payment for teaching

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

STEM Camp Coordinator:

Manage operations of the location assigned.
Single point of contact for the location assigned.
Staff management/supervising. Hiring and scheduling.
Parent communication.
Marketing for new programs/promotions.
Work towards increasing revenue and profitability.
Tutor : (Either you yourself can teach or hire people with STEM knowledge. Training provided)

Educate students according to predetermined guidelines Plan, coordinate, and implement student learning plans
Make sure Students attend the school.
Help Students complete activities assigned to them.
Provide a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Assignments/Homework Help.
Engage with parents regarding their student's performance at meetings.
Willing to learn STEM curriculum includes Math, Robotics, Coding, Science, Engineering free Training will be provided.
Teach students STEM concepts. (Ages 6-15 yrs)
Manage up to 8-10 students in a class.
Qualifications

Ability to work with students Aged 6-15.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred prior experience working as a teacher or substitute.
Highly preferred STEM education experience.
Experience in teaching/working in STEM is a plus.
Experience managing small teams is a plus.
Highly preferred programming or coding experience.
Working hours:

15-20 hrs per week.

Mon-Friday.
