🎉🐾 WE ARE SO PROUD OF OUR CUBS! 🐾🎉

Today, we had the opportunity to celebrate some very special W.P. Foster Cubs who are now 6th graders! 📚✨

These students earned Mastery or Advanced on their 5th Grade LEAP assessments last school year.

Our principal even made a special trip to the junior high to personally celebrate and recognize these outstanding students. We are so proud that they continue to represent W.P. Foster Elementary with excellence!

If you've driven by the school recently, you've probably noticed that we've gotten a bit of a facelift! We are absolutely loving our new front entrance and the added privacy and safety it provides for our students, staff, and families.

As we begin this new school year, this transformation is a wonderful reminder that growth often starts with change. Just as our campus has been renewed and improved, we are excited to watch the transformations that will take place within our students this year. We look forward to seeing them grow academically, socially , and personally as they learn, discover new talents, build friendships, and become the very best versions of themselves.

This year is already shaping up to be a great one, and we can't wait to see all that is in store for our school community. Here's to a year of growth, transformation, and success for every student and staff member who walks through our doors! 💙📚✨🏫

Thank you, parents and students, for a fantastic first full week of school! We are so proud of how smoothly the year is beginning and appreciate your support.

Just a few reminders:

• Uniforms must follow the St. Mary Parish Elementary Uniform Policy. Students may wear black or khaki bottoms only. Blue bottoms are not allowed.

• Students may only bring clear, unopened water bottles to school. Other water bottles are not permitted.
