We are so excited to welcome Jason, Haven’s full-time Director of Safety & Operations! 🩵
Jason brings a strong background in corporate security, safety, training, and leadership, with a passion for protecting people and creating environments where others can feel safe and supported. His experience includes developing safety procedures, conducting threat and risk assessments, coordinating training, and building strong relationships with teams and community partners.
Throughout his career, Jason has focused on leadership, preparedness, situational awareness, and protecting what matters most—people. He believes effective safety is about more than policies and procedures; it’s about building trust, being proactive, and creating a culture where people know they are valued and protected.
Outside of work, Jason values faith, family, music, motorcycles, and spending time with good people. He brings a practical, people-first approach to everything he does and believes strong leadership begins with serving others.
