Reminder about our Awards Banquet tomorrow! We look forward to celebrating!

Please join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of FSMS FFA Members this year on Friday, May 15th at 5:30 in the FSMS Gym.

Students receiving awards got an invitation last week. If you have a question on if you are receiving an award, please reach out to Mrs. Minix.

Due to multiple events taking place on campus, we suggest parking in front of FSHS. Please enter through the FSMS Gym doors.

After the banquet we will be having light refreshments in the FSMS Library. (This is a change from the initial invitation)

Please RSVP how many will be coming in your family to Mrs. Minix's email to ensure we have plenty of refreshments.

It is time to renew your Farm Tags and we encourage you to make your voluntary $10 donation to support Kentucky FFA, 4-H, and Kentucky Proud Programs.

Kentucky farmers donated nearly a million dollars for the Ag Tag Program in 2025. The total, $995,440.74, is the largest amount ever donated in a single year, topping last year’s total by more than $60,000, Commissioner of Agriculture Jonathan Shell announced.

The voluntary donations are divided equally among Kentucky 4-H, Kentucky FFA, and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture (KDA).

Kentucky motorists who buy or renew farm vehicle license plates, or “ag tags,” may make a voluntary donation of up to $10 to the Ag Tag Fund. Half of the 4-H and FFA funds go back to the county where the tag is purchased, where both organizations use the funds to support local programming, awards, and scholarships.

When renewing your Farm Tags, consider this an easy, impactful way to give back to your community agriculture youth organizations.

💛Tuesday: Tacky Tourist Day and a visit from KY State Vice President, Matthew Estes
💙Wednesday: Glowing Crazy in Neon
💛Thursday: Opposite Day- Students Dress Like Teachers, Teachers Dress Like Students, Dodgeball after school, and Donuts for our FSMS Staffulty

We’ve celebrated all week long. We’re looking forward to wrapping up the week tonight at The Swing Hub!

We’re so thankful to all of our FSMS Staff and Students who have celebrated with us all week long. It’s been a blast!
