NEW ROOF! This home was on open purlins before we got to it. One of our in house crews removed the original roof and installed a 5/8 plywood to help this home with heating and cooling as well as have a solid foundation to make the roof easily walkable. We also installed a new 3 foot wide KL Rib metal roof in Burnished Slate. We then installed and under deck system in the same color to keep the the lower decks dry. 6 inch k style dark bronze gutters were installed to ensure that the water is take where it is supposed to be. After the siding on this remodel is completed by Mauricio it will be a brand new home! How can we help you Control The Elements!

The building that was on this concrete slab had a fire inside of it and was not able to be saved.

We worked with the building owner to get a new building package ordered to his specifications!

RL Wright Construction erected the steel structure!
(These guys are awesome!)

KL Metals is installing the new Therma gaurd insulation that matches R value of the older insulation. This is a great option to have an insulation that won’t tear or rip when it is touched and cuts down on dust as well as eliminates condensation.
