Middle School Trip Week takes BGA students beyond the classroom and gives them room to discover what they can do together.
Fifth graders took on new challenges at Camp NaCoMe, from time on the water to activities that called for teamwork, resilience, and trust.
At Deer Run, sixth graders kept moving through outdoor adventures and team challenges, bringing energy and good attitudes to every part of the experience.
Seventh graders learned by doing at Camp McDowell, exploring farm life, sustainability, and the systems behind where our food comes from.
In Washington, D.C., eighth graders saw history and government move from the page to the world around them, connecting their classroom studies with the people, places, and stories that have shaped our country.
Each trip looks different because each stage of Middle School asks something different of our students. Across the four grades, these experiences give students opportunities to try something unfamiliar, depend on one another, connect learning to the world around them, and grow in independence.
Different destinations. Different challenges. One Middle School experience built around curiosity, character, and learning alongside one another.
