🥋🔥 Tuesday Class #2 in Franklin is putting in the WORK!

Our FX Youth & Teen Jiu-Jitsu crew drilled double-leg sprawls into attacks from the turtle position, then got ready to put it all together with some live rolls.

No other way to say it—these up-and-comers absolutely ROCK! 💪🔥

Every class is another opportunity to build skills, confidence, discipline, and a Jiu-Jitsu game they can be proud of.
