Using the wrong fl**ge size can lead to:

Yes — the bottle you choose matters!

Bottle shape and ni**le flow can impact how baby latches, sucks, swallows, and uses their oral muscles during a feed. Choosing a bottle that supports good oral motor function can help encourage a deeper latch, better tongue movement, and more coordinated feeding.

And remember: the “best” bottle isn’t necessarily the most popular or expensive one — it’s the one that works well for YOUR baby. 💛

We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that it’s easy to forget that moms need care and support, too.

And that includes your feeding journey. Whether you’re breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, weaning, or just trying to figure out what works for your family—you deserve support, too.

One of the MOST COMMON breastfeeding questions I get:

“What can I eat while breastfeeding?”

The answer? Almost everything. 👏🏻

You don’t need to survive on chicken, rice, and vegetables or cut out every food you’ve been warned about.

Eat the pizza. 🍕
Have the chocolate. 🍫
Drink your coffee. ☕️
Enjoy the spicy food. 🌶️

Your breast milk does not need to be “perfect” for your baby to thrive.

*If your baby is consistently experiencing symptoms that concern you, then it’s worth talking with your pediatrician or IBCLC before eliminating foods on your own.

Save this for the mom who was told she can’t eat anything while breastfeeding. 💛

Perinatal health is so important to us because having a baby changes everything—and parents deserve support through all of it.

The feeding struggles.

As a team of moms, nurses, IBCLCs, and infant-care specialists, we know how important it is for families to feel supported, heard, and never alone.

Maybe it’s because I have an almost 10 year old + a 7 & 2.5 year old…

but lately I can feel something shifting.

The baby years are slowly becoming childhood.
The little hands are getting bigger.
Their worlds are getting bigger.
And somehow, so is mine.

I don’t know exactly what this next chapter looks like yet.

I just know I can feel it coming.

And for the first time, I’m learning that not every new chapter needs to be figured out before you step into it. 💛
