What an incredible weekend at the Track & Field Championships! Congratulations to these Valley Stream North athletes on representing Spartan Nation at the highest level:
🥇 Paige Fessler (11th) – New York State & Federation Pentathlon Champion with 3,521 points, earning her third career State Title! Paige
🥇 Michael Muoio (12th) – New York State Class B Pole Vault Champion, clearing 14’6” and winning on a perfect sheet through his final height. Michael Muoio
🥈🥉🥉 Dominick Rios (11th) – Three-time All-State performer! 6th in the 110m hurdles, State Runner-Up in the 400m hurdles, and 3rd in the Federation Championships while lowering his own school record twice (54.40). Dominick Rios

Two days, 5 events, Two State Titles! Paige Fessler wins the New York State Class B AND Federation State Title in the Pentathlon. Competing in the hurdles, Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump, and 800m run, she scored 3521 points, just 34 points shy of the Nassau County all-time record! The Valley Stream North Spartans are headed to Rochester!
This weekend, five of the best athletes in New York State will represent Valley Stream North at the NYSPHSAA Track & Field Championships at Webster-Schroeder High School.

✅ Jenny Delvoix – Discus
✅ Michael Muoio – Pole Vault
✅ Dominick Rios – 110m Hurdles & 400m Hurdles
These athletes have dedicated countless hours to training, competing, and pushing themselves to reach the highest level of high school track & field. Their hard work, perseverance, and commitment have earned them the opportunity to compete against New York’s best.
