Our program is made up of two parts. We have a daycare which provides quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age. This part of the program is intended to provide quality childcare for Franklin County Public School District Employees, but in the instance that care is needed for a child whose parent/guardian is not an FCPS Employee and space is available; we will allow enrollment
of that child. This program will operate according to school calendar. This means that care will be provided when teachers are required to report to work, including District Staff days. The Program will be closed for all major holidays, PD days, all breaks (fall, winter, spring and summer), and on snow days (unless teachers are required to report). There will be no charge for days this program is closed. Weekly rates are as follows: Infants and Toddlers (6 weeks to 23 months)- $160 per week, Pre-K (2 yrs to 5 yrs)- $150 per week. There is a sibling discount for multiple children on weekly rates. There is a $30 registration fee per child ( no discounts). The second part of Elks Learning Center (ELC) is the After School Program. This program provides quality childcare for children 5 years of age to 12 years of age. This program is for any student of the Franklin County Public School District. During the school year this program operates Monday-Friday from 2:40 p.m. (school dismissal) to 5:30 p.m. During school closures, this program will be open a full day from 7:15 a.m. Full day openings are subject to change. The weekly rates are as follows: $45 per week during the school year for part day and $100 per week for fall, winter, spring and summer breaks. There is a daily rate of $20 per day for days that the program is open a full day due to school closure. There is a sibling discount on multiple children. There is a $30 registration fee per child (no discount).
