The March 7 ChemSouth meeting date has been changed. Please join the ChemSouth meeting at Evergreen Park HS on April 4. On this evening, NISE, the Northern Illinois Science Educators will hold a southside conference at 5:30pm. More details will follow soon! We look forward to seeing old and new faces in April.

Chemistry-Share: @ 7:00pm (bring something to share😊)

THEME: Bonding and Nomenclature! Bring what you do!
Remember, what "you do" can be a demo, lesson, online
resource, or something else to share. Also, you can be on theme or off
theme! Or just something you're working on or what you did today!

WHO: Anyone that wants to party with a bunch of chemistry teachers*!*

HOW: Park in back lot beind building; this lot is located off of Schoolhouse Road. Look for northern most entrance, pond, pavillion, softball fields. If you go under the viadoc you've gone too far.

The new school year has started so that means it is time for another chem south meeting. We will be meeting on Thursday September 24th at 630 at evergreen park high school ( 9901 s. Kedzie in evergreen park) the topic will be chemistry colors our world: exploring dyes pigments and light) feel free to bring any cool demos that relate to this or halloween!!
