Meet Amya King πŸ’šπŸ’›

Amya King, a senior Mass Communication major with a focus in Public Relations from Madisonville, Kentucky, is showing what it means to lead with purpose and determination.

A student-athlete, mother to a toddler, Student Career Services employee and member of KSU for Christ, Amya embraces every opportunity to grow, serve and make an impact. Her ability to balance it all is truly remarkable.

After graduation, Amya plans to further her education and pursue a degree in Health Administration. She encourages fellow Thorobreds to take advantage of the networking, professional development and other opportunities available at Kentucky State University.

Her journey is a reminder that with purpose, perseverance and opportunity, there’s no limit to what’s possible.
