Breakfast with Officer Rob!

One of the exciting prizes from our recent fundraiser was a special breakfast with Officer Rob, and yesterday morning, our lucky winner had an experience she won’t soon forget!

She was officially sworn in as a Junior Officer, dressed the part, and even got to ride along to McDonald’s before heading back to enjoy breakfast together! 🚓🍟

We hear she made quite the impression on both the McDonald’s crew and customers, and we can certainly see why! We are so proud of her and the wonderful way she represented our school. 💚

A big THANK YOU to Officer Rob for making this such a memorable experience and for taking the time to make our student feel so special!

Last night we bid farewell to our cross country competition season. Another excellent evening for running provided some fast times and close team scoring. We had 2 course records set by Rylan Sallee and Josue Mayorga Guillen for their respective grade levels. The GM girls squad also came home with the trophy for the team portion. Congrats to everyone on a strong season. Here's to another year in the books! We are already looking forward to next season.

This weekend our GM Cross Country team got an awesome chance to compete alongside our Frankfort Middle School Cross Country team at the Indiana Middle School Cross Country Championships, or what we affectionately call "state".

These runners were invited to participate by their coaches, Dan Miller and Kristy Miller, based on performance at our elementary meets as they would be running with middle school students from across the state. Not only did they participate, they showed up and showed out. The girls competed in the Big School JV Race with 185 runners and the boys in the Big School JV Race with 312 runners.

They all ran fantastic times including Rylan S. finishing is 42nd place and the girls teams beating out three middle school teams overall. The boys finished strong as well with top finisher Josue M. finishing in 223 place. Congrats to all our runners as well as the FMS runners!
