PE Pit Stop 🛣️

This week, Mr. Cameron worked with students on teamwork and communication! Using pool noodles and balloons, students had to use these two skills to make sure their balloon didn’t hit the ground. Students will use these skills as the foundation for their future learning as they continue to develop healthy habits and routines!

📍A stop on our road trip to Mrs. Rose’s classroom

“Lemonade Day was SWEET! 🍋🩵

Today was filled with learning, laughter, and lots of lemonade! Our class learned about the life cycle of a lemon, taste-tested different lemonades, graphed our favorite lemonade, sampled lemon cookies, and even made our very own homemade lemonade in a bag! 🍋

We also talked about how we can be good classmates by creating our own “Classroom Recipe” and how we can turn sour situations—things we want to get better at—into sweet solutions by thinking about ways we can accomplish our goals. 💛

It was such a fun-filled day full of hands-on learning, teamwork, and community building! I’m so proud of my little learners! 🍋🩵✨”

Tomorrow begins our 26-27 Elkhorn Road Trip! We are ready for the memories, laughs, friendships, love, and learning that are going to fill this final trip through 928 E. Main Street. We can’t wait to see our students tomorrow morning! Doors open at 7:15 am and school begins at 7:45 am.
