Heavy heart sharing the news that WHHS Class of 1988 lost another classmate. Rest In Peace Aaron! Our condolences to his family!

Aaron Bradley Minks, 49, died Saturday, October 19, 2019 in Bagdad. He had retired from the Frankfort Plant Board as a water technician. He is survived by his son, Bradlee Minks of Frankfort his parents, Dennis and Sue Minks of Shelbyville his sister, Kris White Jwain of Shelbyville four nieces

Melissa Mitchell is a 1988 graduate. Please click on the link. She will be undergoing brain surgery on January 18th. She is self employed and will have at least 4 weeks of recovery following. Everyone who knows her loves her. She played WHHS basketball for 4 yrs, served her country in the military (Army), has three children and is a caregiver to many young children. Please remember this day January 18th and pray for her and her family.

Melissa has been diagnosed with Meningioma and will have surgery on January 18 to remove the tumor. This is a very invasive surgery and will require a minimum of 4 weeks recovery. The Class of 1984 is saddened by the passing of our classmate, Deven Toles Brown. We send our condolences to Deven’s family.

Western Hills senior Wandale Robinson will continue his football career at the University of Kentucky. Wandale averaged 155 rushing yards per game for the Wolverines, with a career total 6,667.
