We join our local middle school teachers, parents, students, and graduates in mourning the loss of a great local music educator. We had the privilege of collaborating with Mr. Wonder many times through visiting his class, acquiring ukuleles, and judging the annual HCMS talent show. He was the epitome of a great teacher and will be much missed!

The Family School Partnership (FSP) 157C sends our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, students, and colleagues of Mr. Dave Wonder.

We join our Hickory Creek community in honoring his life and the incredible impact he made through music, joy, and genuine care for others.

Mr. Wonder created a space where students felt seen, supported, and inspired to express themselves. His warmth and positivity touched so many lives, and his absence will be felt deeply across our district and community.

We are keeping all who are grieving in our thoughts and hearts during this difficult time. ❤️

Since the first Night of Rising Stars showcase in 2022, we have given more than 100 students and friends of Down Home Guitars a chance to perform at the The Stray Bar. It's an honor to give the next generation of artists a helping hand. Thanks to Ava, Max, and Elisha for a great October show; join us at the next one November 19!
