✨Intro to Capoeira✨

Discover the exciting world of Capoeira- a unique blend of martial arts, dance, music and acrobatics! In the beginner-friendly class, students will learn basic kicks, movements, balance, coordination, and rhythm while building strength, confidence, and teamwork.
