You need NO previous dance or dance fitness experience to participate and get a GREAT workout! ZUMBA is intended for ages 13 and up, and is for ANY body! All moves can be modified to meet your fitness level.

Wear tennis shoes with good support, comfy workout clothes that let you move freely, and water.

It’s ready! The “Woman Power” playlist for this weekend’s conference! Back at it for the first time since last year’s injuries, and ready to rock!

— “Mind My Business” is the best “grab a drink of water” song EVER! Literally “I’m gon’ Drink Water and Mind My Business!” 😂😂 The short excerpts give a water break and breather… and a chuckle or two!

If all goes well, Community Ed and I hope to set up classes for the new year, maybe 1 night a week. Stay tuned!! I miss you, ZUMBA divas!

Hey, friends. Sad to report I’m not 100% after whatever I did to irritate my knee Wednesday night. It seems to get better and then flare up, so before I do any permanent damage, I’m taking a time out to get it checked and see if I can rehab it back into consistently working condition.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience, but we will cancel the remaining three nights we had planned for Community Ed Zumba, and I need to postpone returning to Saturdays at Diversified. 😞
I will absolutely keep you posted if/when I am able to get rocking and rolling again. Prayers and happy thoughts are welcomed, and thanks for understanding.
