Congratulations to Brenden Gawne on his promotion to Blue belt! This is one of the first major accomplishments in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for Adults. Brenden has been training with us for the past 8 months after an 8 year layoff!

Brenden has lost over 80 lbs, stepped back on the competition mat and inspired his daughter to train. We are very proud of your efforts and look forward to seeing you accomplish more goals sir!!

Congrats to Jace Thomas on his first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament!
Jace earned Silver with hard fought matches in his division. A great victory with a 14-4 decision and losing by just one point in the finals, 3-4! Competing in Jiu Jitsu can be incredibly daunting. Jace came prepared and ready to go. We loved watching you compete sir and wish you the best with your scholarship to Alma College!!

Congrats to Miss Norah on her solid Grey belt promotion! Norah trains 3 times per week AND assists with our youngest age group every time before her training. Norah is a great example of a strong, confident and caring person on the mat. Keep excelling ma’am!

Congratulations to Josh, James and Hudson on their Grey belt promotions and Jack on his Grey/White belt! The Grey belt stage is one of most difficult areas for kids. All 4 boys train consistently year-round and have represented our school in competition with awesome results: fastest submissions, coach’s bounty sweep, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. These guys make me so proud and happy!!!

We had another fantastic training with 5th Degree Black belt and 39 year veteran in Jiu Jitsu, Professor Fabio. Coach Keith is a Black belt and student under him.

Jiu Jitsu knowledge, strategy and technique straight from the Gracie family in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil occurs on our mats.
