Congratulations to Josh, James and Hudson on their Grey belt promotions and Jack on his Grey/White belt! The Grey belt stage is one of most difficult areas for kids. All 4 boys train consistently year-round and have represented our school in competition with awesome results: fastest submissions, coach’s bounty sweep, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. These guys make me so proud and happy!!!

We had another fantastic training with 5th Degree Black belt and 39 year veteran in Jiu Jitsu, Professor Fabio. Coach Keith is a Black belt and student under him.

Jiu Jitsu knowledge, strategy and technique straight from the Gracie family in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil occurs on our mats.

Congratulations to Colton Hatch and Hunter Kovalcik on their Yellow/Black belt promotion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. These two have been the standard at our school for roughly 10 years. Both started out as 7 year old little boys and are now almost men. Over the years I have seen them punch, kick and grapple their way to excellence.

Hunter and Colton have strived and persevered in EVERY form of martial arts that we have studied at our school over the years. In all our time together, we have always been on the same page and respected eachother.

Thank you to Mark & Robyn and Jenn & Anthony for trusting our school with your sons and raising them to be outstanding individuals!

From Day 1 White belt to Day 1400+ Purple belt! Congrats to Isaak Biddle on his promotion and advancement in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Not many people that start this journey make it to this level. But if you want it to happen, you do the work and commit. Training on average of 4 days a week for 4 years straight is an extraordinary task but Isaak is always up for the challenge. Thanks for being a great example and inspiration to all of us sir 🙌

Go Team Go!! We participated in the Chewjitsu Open for the 2nd time. Congratulations to all of our competitors and teammates! We are extremely proud of those that persevered through and used their Jiu Jitsu Spirit on the mat, win or loss. Every year we are blessed to train, learn, compete and prevail with our Jiu Jitsu.

I couldn’t ask for a better team, I already have it ❤️

Our stats improved too this year. We can hang with the Comp schools too despite our team being 1st or 2nd time competitors.
