With more than 30 years of travel industry experience, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge in international air travel, leadership, and advisor development. As an International Air Specialist and Manager of Air Agent, he leads and supports more than 50 corporate and leisure travel advisors, helping them deliver exceptional service and expertise to their clients.

A second-generation travel professional, Joe also holds an MBA in Business Management from Loyola University Maryland, combining deep industry experience with strong business acumen.

We're thrilled to have Joe join our outstanding community of PEP educators and look forward to the expertise, insights, and practical education he'll share with travel professionals across the industry.
