This workshop has the power to transform your life in ways you may not yet imagine, paving the
path for your deepest dreams to become reality. I have experienced this transformation firsthand
and can speak to its profound impact with unwavering certainty.
Imbolc is a Celtic tradition that marks the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring
Equinox - a sacred turning point - where the quiet of winter gives way to the first stirrings of life.
It invites us to consciously merge our deepest intentions with the first impulse of creation. When
paired with The Gene Keys, a system for transformative self-awareness, this time is even more
potent, opening a path for deeper insight and illumination. Ecstatic Flow will be the culmination
of our work, with intuitive joyful movement, we’ll embody our renewal.

Hi guys I want to invite you to my first workshop on the Gene Keys that I’m holding on February 1st. I’m very passionate about this because studying the Gene Keys has changed my entire life from the inside out. It’s a powerful system that helps us understand who we really are by showing us a blue print of our internal reality. It teaches us that we already have everything we need inside us and how to turn our challenge in life into our creative genius. I’m holding this workshop on the day of Imbolc to magnify our opportunity to connect to our true purpose in life and make our dreams come true. I hope you’ll be able to join me. The workshop will include:

* Somatic Practices to anchor into our bodies
* Exploration of our Gene Keys profiles
* Ritual to release what no longer serves and align with the energy of renewal through collective reflection.
* if you’re staying for ecstatic flow we break for Dinner (5:30–7:00PM), visiting plant-based cafe, Greenleaf, in the Saxonville Mills, venture out, or even bring your own food if you prefer.

Ecstatic Flow is an embodied celebration of renewal, inviting us to release stuck energy and blocked trauma stored in the body, creating space for expansion. Through free, intuitive movement, we embody the transformative energies of Imbolc, grounding their magic into our being and solidifying the insights of the day. This is a time to move freely, celebrate, and integrate with joy and intention.
