Little Acorns Children's Center

ild is an individual learner. We believe one philosophy alone cannot provide the best quality and value or to meet each child’s needs which is why Little Acorns is inspired by and adopts aspects of many philosophies such as Reggio Emilia, Maria Montessori, Waldorf and Chinese culture. Little Acorns Children's Center believes learning must be play-based, emerging, incorporates nature, utilizes creative art and always adopts best practices. We strive to scaffold and support each individual learning style. In the meantime, we also believe that fostering social-emotional development is at the heart of developmentally-appropriate early childhood education. To achieve that end, our curriculum focuses on building social skills, supporting a positive self-concept, and enhancing self-esteem.
