Meet today’s Red’s Best fisherman, James Keding!

Did you know that a lot of our fish comes locally from Red’s Best? Red’s Best drivers meet the fishermen at the dock and purchase the fish directly from the boat. That fish is filleted to order, and heads from truck to our kitchen. They provide us with a QR code that lets us know who caught the fish, what vessel they were on, and which port it came out of!

We’re proud to support local economy that promotes sustainability in our region.
