Found some old photos while painting the dojo 🙂. Fb live tonight at 7:00. Stretch, basics, blocks and maybe some self defense.
Definitely going live tonight for another basic workout and review what we’ve done this week so far. I’ll also be attempting a live class on tik tok (dma_martial_arts). Aiming for 7:00 on fb live and tik tok immediately after.
