The Sage School The Sage School is an independent school located in Foxboro, MA for academically advanced students in Preschool through Grade 8.

Whether discussing the mathematical underpinnings of tessellations or extracting DNA from a plant, students at The Sage School are immersed in a dynamic learning environment. Our academically gifted Preschool-Grade 8 students engage with inspirational, master teachers who guide them to discover their passions and expand their world. Working at an unprecedented depth of curriculum, our students are able to leverage their intellectual talent and creativity to move beyond being mere consumers of information to being contributors and creators of original content. The Sage team is adept at working with intellectual giftedness and the challenges associated with such talent. We explicitly teach interpersonal skills, encourage well-rounded development though a robust arts program, and integrate foreign language into instructional endeavors. We recently had the great opportunity to partner with MAGE and Mensa for "Hands on Discovery at Sage with MENSA and MAGE", bringing curious kids and grown-ups together for STEM explorations. Families ages 3–11 enjoyed fun experiments, discovered The Sage School, and connected with gifted education specialists. We’re grateful for partnerships like these that expand our network and connect us with more families. 🔬🧠🤝

🦦 Meet the Sage Otters!

It’s official: Sage has a new mascot—the otter! Families got their first look during Curriculum Night, and students joined in the reveal at Friday’s All School Meeting.

Curious, playful, resourceful, and always ready to explore, otters capture so much of what we value at Sage. They’re problem-solvers, tool users, and community-minded explorers.

And what better way to bring our new mascot to life than in the Sage Makerspace, where our new logo was created and cut on our industrial laser cutter.

We’re ready to dive deep, go beyond the surface, make waves, and explore what’s possible together.
